Rather than compare the format u32s of two format infos, we can direclty
compare the format info pointers themselves. Noramlly all the ->format
pointers all point to somwehere in the big array, so this is a valid
way to test for equality.
Also drivers may want to point ->format at a private format info struct
instead (eg. for special compressed formats with extra planes), so
just comparing the pixel format values wouldn't necessaritly even work.
But comparing the pointers will also take care of that case.

The DPMS handling wrt clock enables/disables was incorrect: we could end
up decrementing the clock count multiple times if we transition via
several low-power DPMS states, resulting in a kernel warning. Fix this
by only testing to see whether we are entering or exiting the DPMS off
state.

Done with coccinelle for the most part. It choked on
msm/mdp/mdp5/mdp5_plane.c like so:
"BAD:!!!!! enum drm_plane_type type;"
No idea how to deal with that, so I just fixed that up
by hand.
Also it thinks '...' is part of the semantic patch, so I put an
'int DOTDOTDOT' placeholder in its place and got rid of it with
sed afterwards.
I didn't convert drm_plane_init() since passing the varargs through
would mean either cpp macros or va_list, and I figured we don't
care about these legacy functions enough to warrant the extra pain.

The kms state itself is already protected by the modeset locks
acquired by the drm core. The only thing left is gem bo state, and
since the cursor code expects small objects which are statically
mapped at create time and then invariant over the lifetime of the gem
bo there's nothing to protect.
See armada_gem_dumb_create -> armada_gem_linear_back which assigns
obj->addr which is the only thing used by the cursor code.

We can do better with armada_drm_crtc_complete_frame_work() - we can
avoid taking the event lock unless a call to drm_send_vblank_event()

When the CRTC is in low power mode, it isn't running, and so there's
no point keeping the CRTC clock enabled. Disable the CRTC clock during

We need to re-enable it in the mode_set callback to ensure that the
variant's compute_clock() continues to see its clock in the expected
state (enabled).

Just a bit of OCD cleanup on headers - this function isn't the core
interface any more but just a helper for drivers who haven't yet
transitioned to universal planes. Put the declaration at the right
spot and sprinkle necessary #includes over all drivers.
Maybe this helps to encourage driver maintainers to do the switch.

A refcounting leak was found of the original frame buffer attached to
the CRTC when using the page_flip ioctl, resulting in the frame buffer
never being freed.
This was not obvious initially, as if the page flip subsequently
re-attaches the original frame buffer, the refcounts will be balanced.
However, if the original frame buffer is freed, then it will be leaked.
Fix this by ensuring that we take a reference on the incoming fb, but
rely on the queued work to drop that ref count.
