Arnd Bergmann c164620ae2 ARM: spear: remove include/mach/ subdirectory
Two of the remaining four headers are never used, the other
two are only used inside of the platform code. Move them
next to the files that include them and remove the
Makefile trick that adds the include path.

Kefeng Wang 850bea2335 arm: Remove unnecessary of_platform_populate with default match table
After patch "of/platform: Add common method to populate default bus",
it is possible for arch code to remove unnecessary callers of
of_platform_populate with default match table.

Viresh Kumar 2449d33a40 cpufreq: SPEAr: Instantiate as platform_driver
As multiplatform build is being adopted by more and more
ARM platforms, initcall function should be used very carefully.
For example, when SPEAr cpufreq driver is enabled on a kernel
booted on a non-SPEAr board, we will get following boot time error:

	spear_cpufreq: Invalid cpufreq_tbl

To eliminate this undesired the effect, the patch changes SPEAr
driver to have it instantiated as a platform_driver. Then it will
only run on platforms that create the platform_device "spear-cpufreq".

This patch also creates platform node for SPEAr13xx boards.

Maxime Ripard 6098ecb426 ARM: spear: Remove init_irq declaration in machine description
Commit ebafed7a ("ARM: irq: Call irqchip_init if no init_irq function is
specified") removed the need to explictly setup the init_irq field in
the machine description when using only irqchip_init. Remove that
declaration for spear as well.

Arnd Bergmann 6e8887f60f ARM: SPEAr13xx: Pass generic DW DMAC platform data from DT
This replaces an earlier patch from Viresh Kumar to move
the spear platform over to the generic DMA binding. This
version is now based on the merged multiplatform capable
spear platform, rather than the separate spear13xx/3xx/6xx
directories.

Arnd Bergmann d9909ebe65 ARM: spear: make clock driver independent of headers
Device drivers should not access MMIO registers through hardcoded
platform specific address constants. Instead, we can pass the
MMIO token to the spear clock driver in the initialization routine
to contain that knowledge in the platform code itself.

Ideally, the clock driver would use of_iomap() or similar to
get the address, and that can be used later, but for now, this
is the minimal change.
