Compile uvc_queue, uvc_v4l2, uvc_video separately so that later they can
be all combined in a separately compiled f_uvc.

The drivers/usb/gadget directory contains many files.
Files which are related can be distributed into separate directories.
This patch moves the USB functions implementations into a separate directory.
