Bjorn Andersson 395a48053a soc: qcom: smd: Remove standalone driver 
Remove the standalone SMD implementation as we have transitioned the
client drivers to use the RPMSG based one.

Also remove all dependencies on QCOM_SMD from Kconfig files, in order to
keep them selectable in the absence of the removed symbol.

Bjorn Andersson 88e30752dd rpmsg: qcom: smd: Return positively when not enabled 
Remoteproc treats the error codes returned from the stubbed SMD API as
errors, but the fact that SMD is not enabled should not affect
remoteproc's ability to start the remote processors.

Bjorn Andersson 8fc947230f rpmsg: smd: Expose edge registration functions 
The edge registration functions is to be used from a remoteproc driver
to register and unregister an edge as the remote processor comes and
goes.
