Drop the FSF's postal address from the source code files that typically
contain mostly the license text. Of the 628 removed instances, 578 are
outdated.
The patch has been created with the following command without manual edits:
git grep -l "675 Mass Ave\|59 Temple Place\|51 Franklin St" -- \
drivers/media/ include/media|while read i; do i=$i perl -e '
open(F,"< $ENV{i}");
$a=join("", <F>);
$a =~ s/[ \t]*\*\n.*You should.*\n.*along with.*\n.*(\n.*USA.*$)?\n//m
&& $a =~ s/(^.*)Or, (point your browser to) /$1To obtain the license, $2\n$1/m;
close(F);
open(F, "> $ENV{i}");
print F $a;
close(F);'; done

While this patch sounded a good idea, unfortunately, it causes
bad dependencies, as drivers that would otherwise work without
the DVB core will now break:

So, we have to revert it.
Note: as the argument for the release ops changed from "int"
to "void", we needed to change it at the revert patch, to
avoid compilation issues like:
drivers/media/tuners/tea5767.c:437:23: error: initialization from incompatible pointer type [-Werror=incompatible-pointer-types]
.release = tea5767_release,
^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This reverts commit 22a613e898.

Most release callback functions are identical: free the "tuner_priv"
and clear it. Let's eliminate some bloat by providing this simple
implementation in the dvb_frontend library.

The variable vco_select is only assigned the values true and false.
Change its type to bool.
The simplified semantic patch that find this problem is as
follows (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/):
@exists@
type T;
identifier b;
@@
- T
+ bool
b = ...;
... when any
b = \(true\|false\)

There is no need to keep dummy sleep() callback implementation as
DVB-core checks existence of it before calls callback. Due to that
we can remove it.
FC0012 is based of direct-conversion receiver architecture
(aka Zero-IF) where is no IF used. Due to that IF is always 0 Hz.
Fix comment to point that.

No need to copy config to the driver state. Those are coming from
the const struct and could be used directly.

We need feed clock to slave demodulator at the very beginning
in case of dual tuner configuration.
I am not sure if that configuration changes clock output divider
or enable clock output itself...

I need even more configuration options and overloading dvb_attach()
for all those sounds quite stupid. Due to that switch struct and make
room for new options.

Move the tuners one level up, as the "common" directory will be used
by drivers that are shared between more than one driver.
