a trans_start struct member exists twice:
- in struct net_device (legacy)
- in struct netdev_queue
Instead of open-coding dev->trans_start usage to obtain the current
trans_start value, use dev_trans_start() instead.
This is not exactly the same, as dev_trans_start also considers
the trans_start values of the netdev queues owned by the device
and provides the most recent one.
For legacy devices this doesn't matter as dev_trans_start can cope
with netdev trans_start values of 0 (they are ignored).
This is a prerequisite to eventual removal of dev->trans_start.

ether_setup sets IFF_TX_SKB_SHARING but this is not supported by
qca_spi as it modifies the skb on xmit.

Currently qcaspi_netdev_setup accidentally clears IFF_BROADCAST.
So fix this by keeping the flags from ether_setup.

In case of a tx queue timeout every transmit is blocked until the
QCA7000 resets himself and triggers a sync which makes the driver
flushs the tx ring. So avoid this blocking situation by triggering
the sync immediately after the timeout. Waking the queue doesn't
make sense in this situation.

Four minor merge conflicts:
1) qca_spi.c renamed the local variable used for the SPI device
from spi_device to spi, meanwhile the spi_set_drvdata() call
got moved further up in the probe function.
2) Two changes were both adding new members to codel params
structure, and thus we had overlapping changes to the
initializer function.
3) 'net' was making a fix to sk_release_kernel() which is
completely removed in 'net-next'.
4) In net_namespace.c, the rtnl_net_fill() call for GET operations
had the command value fixed, meanwhile 'net-next' adjusted the
argument signature a bit.
This also matches example merge resolutions posted by Stephen
Rothwell over the past two days.

Registering the netdev before setting the priv data is unsafe.
So fix this possible race by setting the priv data first.

as spi. This patch renames spi_device to spi to synchronize
