Christoph Hellwig fa7e2247c5 dma-direct: make uncached_kernel_address more general
Rename the symbol to arch_dma_set_uncached, and pass a size to it as
well as allow an error return. That will allow reusing this hook for
in-place pagetable remapping.

As the in-place remap doesn't always require an explicit cache flush,
also detangle ARCH_HAS_DMA_PREP_COHERENT from ARCH_HAS_DMA_SET_UNCACHED.

Christoph Hellwig 4f8232bbf8 dma-direct: remove the cached_kernel_address hook
dma-direct now finds the kernel address for coherent allocations based
on the dma address, so the cached_kernel_address hooks is unused and
can be removed entirely.

Christoph Hellwig 56e35f9c5b dma-mapping: drop the dev argument to arch_sync_dma_for_*
These are pure cache maintainance routines, so drop the unused
struct device argument.

Bart Van Assche 5299709d0a treewide: Constify most dma_map_ops structures

Alexander Duyck abdf4799da arch/nios2: add option to skip DMA sync as a part of map and unmap
This change allows us to pass DMA_ATTR_SKIP_CPU_SYNC which allows us to
avoid invoking cache line invalidation if the driver will just handle it
via a sync_for_cpu or sync_for_device call.

Krzysztof Kozlowski 00085f1efa dma-mapping: use unsigned long for dma_attrs
The dma-mapping core and the implementations do not change the DMA
attributes passed by pointer. Thus the pointer can point to const data.
However the attributes do not have to be a bitfield. Instead unsigned
long will do fine:

1. This is just simpler. Both in terms of reading the code and setting
attributes. Instead of initializing local attributes on the stack
and passing pointer to it to dma_set_attr(), just set the bits.

2. It brings safeness and checking for const correctness because the
   attributes are passed by value.
