Document that odd == top and even == bottom. I can never remember this,
so it is probably worth documenting.

Introduce a new control for modifying the chroma gain. This allows for user
intervention in abnormal signal conditions cases where the decoder's chroma
AGC cannot compensate and the value needs to be adjusted manually.

The media spec contains several errors in the description of the
I/O streaming ioctls, in particular with respect to the userptr
I/O method.
The most important change is that you really need to set count
and index in v4l2_requestbuffer and v4l2_buffer when dealing with
user pointer streaming.

Fix up trivial conflicts due to spelling fixes from the trivial tree in
Documentation/video4linux/gspca.txt
drivers/media/video/cx18/cx18-mailbox.h
After excluding .h.xml from the whitespace to tab conversion I had to
regenerate this xml file. The only changes here are whitespace changes.
If we change videodev2.h in the future, then videodev2.h.xml will only
show that same change and no more unrelated whitespace changes.

The V4L and DVB API's are there for a long time. however, up to now,
no efforts were done to merge them to kernel DocBook.
This patch adds the current versions of the specs as an unique compendium.
