Add support for control peripheral of EUD (Embedded USB Debugger) to
listen to events such as USB attach/detach, pet EUD to indicate software
is functional.Reusing the platform device kobj, sysfs entry 'enable' is
created to enable or disable EUD.

PECI devices may not be discoverable at the time when PECI controller is
being added (e.g. BMC can boot up when the Host system is still in S5).
Since we currently don't have the capabilities to figure out the Host
system state inside the PECI subsystem itself, we have to rely on
userspace to do it for us.
In the future, PECI subsystem may be expanded with mechanisms that allow
us to avoid depending on userspace interaction (e.g. CPU presence could
be detected using GPIO, and the information on whether it's discoverable
could be obtained over IPMI).
Unfortunately, those methods may ultimately not be available (support
will vary from platform to platform), which means that we still need
platform independent method triggered by userspace.

At this point the subsystem can enumerate all CXL ports (CXL.mem decode
resources in upstream switch ports and host bridges) in a system. The
last mile is connecting those ports to endpoints.
The cxl_mem driver connects an endpoint device to the platform CXL.mem
protoctol decode-topology. At ->probe() time it walks its
device-topology-ancestry and adds a CXL Port object at every Upstream
Port hop until it gets to CXL root. The CXL root object is only present
after a platform firmware driver registers platform CXL resources. For
ACPI based platform this is managed by the ACPI0017 device and the
cxl_acpi driver.
The ports are registered such that disabling a given port automatically
unregisters all descendant ports, and the chain can only be registered
after the root is established.
Given ACPI device scanning may run asynchronously compared to PCI device
scanning the root driver is tasked with rescanning the bus after the
root successfully probes.
Conversely if any ports in a chain between the root and an endpoint
becomes disconnected it subsequently triggers the endpoint to
unregister. Given lock depenedencies the endpoint unregistration happens
in a workqueue asynchronously. If userspace cares about synchronizing
delayed work after port events the /sys/bus/cxl/flush attribute is
available for that purpose.

Per the CXL specification (8.1.12.2 Memory Device PCIe Capabilities and
Extended Capabilities) the Device Serial Number capability is mandatory.
Emit it for user tooling to identify devices.
It is reasonable to ask whether the attribute should be added to the
list of PCI sysfs device attributes. The PCI layer can optionally emit
it too, but the CXL subsystem is aiming to preserve its independence and
the possibility of CXL topologies with non-PCI devices in it. To date
that has only proven useful for the 'cxl_test' model, but as can be seen
with seen with ACPI0016 devices, sometimes all that is needed is a
platform firmware table to point to CXL Component Registers in MMIO
space to define a "CXL" device.

Once F2FS_IPU_FORCE policy is enabled in some cases:
a) f2fs forces to use F2FS_IPU_FORCE in a small-sized volume
b) user sets F2FS_IPU_FORCE policy via sysfs
Then we may fail to defragment file due to IPU policy check, it doesn't
make sense, let's introduce a new IPU policy to allow OPU during file
defragmentation.
In small-sized volume, let's enable F2FS_IPU_HONOR_OPU_WRITE policy
by default.

PPIN is the Protected Processor Identification Number.
This is used to identify the socket as a Field Replaceable Unit (FRU).
Existing code only displays this when reporting errors. But this makes
it inconvenient for large clusters to use it for its intended purpose
of inventory control.
Add ppin to /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/topology to make what
is already available using RDMSR more easily accessible. Make
the file read only for root in case there are still people
concerned about making a unique system "serial number" available.

Allow setting configfs params p_hs_bint/c_hs_bint to 0. If they are set
to 0, determine the largest bInterval (4 to 1) for which the required
bandwidth of the max samplerate fits the max allowed packet size. If the
required bandwidth exceeds max bandwidth for single-packet mode
(ep->mc=1), keep bInterval at 1.
The FS speed is left at fixed bInterval=1.
If for any speed the required bandwidth exceeds the max bandwidth
corresponding to the selected/determined bInterval, print a warning.

The gadget no longer supports only one frequency. Therefore USB strings
corresponding to the clock sources are renamed from specific Hz value to
general names Input clock/Output clock.

In this round, we've tried to address some performance issues in f2fs_checkpoint
and direct IO flows. Also, there was a work to enhance the page cache management
used for compression. Other than them, we've done typical work including sysfs,
code clean-ups, tracepoint, sanity check, in addition to bug fixes on corner
cases.

- try to avoid lock contention to improve f2fs_ckpt speed
- avoid unnecessary memory allocation in compression flow

`driver_override` allows to control which of the vDPA bus drivers
binds to a vDPA device.
If `driver_override` is not set, the previous behaviour is followed:
devices use the first vDPA bus driver loaded (unless auto binding
is disabled).

sysfs documentation is supposed to go in Documentation/ABI/.
However, /sys/block/<disk>/queue/* are documented in
Documentation/block/queue-sysfs.rst, and sometimes redundantly in
Documentation/ABI/stable/sysfs-block too.
Let's consolidate this documentation into Documentation/ABI/.
Therefore, copy the relevant docs from queue-sysfs.rst into sysfs-block.
This primarily means adding the 25 missing files that were documented in
queue-sysfs.rst only, as well as mentioning the RO/RW status of files.
Documentation/ABI/ requires "Date" and "Contact" fields. For the Date
fields, I used the date of the commit which added support for each file.
For the "Contact" fields, I used linux-block.

Sort the documentation for the files alphabetically by file path so that
there is a logical order and it's clear where to add new files.
With two small exceptions, this patch doesn't change the documentation
itself and just reorders it:
- In /sys/block/<disk>/<part>/stat, I replaced <part> with <partition>
to be consistent with the other files.
- The description for /sys/block/<disk>/<part>/stat referred to another
file "above", which I reworded.

I2C debugfs support is limited to 1 byte. We extend functionality
to more than 1 byte by using one of the pad fields as a length.
No backward compatibility issues as new F/W versions will treat 0
length as a 1 byte length transaction.

return busy during normal operations due to the driver controlling the
number of descriptors allocated for submission. However, when the driver is
operating as a guest driver, the chance of retry goes up significantly due
to sharing a wq with multiple VMs. A default value is provided with the
system admin being able to tune the value on a per WQ basis.

Added a new sysfs node called gc_urgent_high_remaining. The user can
set the trial count limit for GC urgent high mode with this value. If
GC thread gets to the limit, the mode will turn back to GC normal mode.
By default, the value is zero, which means there is no limit like before.

== Problem ==
The amount of SGX memory on a system is determined by the BIOS and it
varies wildly between systems. It can be as small as dozens of MB's
and as large as many GB's on servers. Just like how applications need
to know how much regular RAM is available, enclave builders need to
know how much SGX memory an enclave can consume.
== Solution ==
Introduce a new sysfs file:
/sys/devices/system/node/nodeX/x86/sgx_total_bytes
to enumerate the amount of SGX memory available in each NUMA node.
This serves the same function for SGX as /proc/meminfo or
/sys/devices/system/node/nodeX/meminfo does for normal RAM.
'sgx_total_bytes' is needed today to help drive the SGX selftests.
SGX-specific swap code is exercised by creating overcommitted enclaves
which are larger than the physical SGX memory on the system. They
currently use a CPUID-based approach which can diverge from the actual
amount of SGX memory available. 'sgx_total_bytes' ensures that the
selftests can work efficiently and do not attempt stupid things like
creating a 100,000 MB enclave on a system with 128 MB of SGX memory.
== Implementation Details ==
Introduce CONFIG_HAVE_ARCH_NODE_DEV_GROUP opt-in flag to expose an
arch specific attribute group, and add an attribute for the amount of
SGX memory in bytes to each NUMA node:
== ABI Design Discussion ==
As opposed to the per-node ABI, a single, global ABI was considered.
However, this would prevent enclaves from being able to size
themselves so that they fit on a single NUMA node. Essentially, a
single value would rule out NUMA optimizations for enclaves.
Create a new "x86/" directory inside each "nodeX/" sysfs directory.
'sgx_total_bytes' is expected to be the first of at least a few
sgx-specific files to be placed in the new directory. Just scanning
/proc/meminfo, these are the no-brainers that we have for RAM, but we
need for SGX:
MemTotal: xxxx kB // sgx_total_bytes (implemented here)
MemFree: yyyy kB // sgx_free_bytes
SwapTotal: zzzz kB // sgx_swapped_bytes
So, at *least* three. I think we will eventually end up needing
something more along the lines of a dozen. A new directory (as
opposed to being in the nodeX/ "root") directory avoids cluttering the
root with several "sgx_*" files.
Place the new file in a new "nodeX/x86/" directory because SGX is
highly x86-specific. It is very unlikely that any other architecture
(or even non-Intel x86 vendor) will ever implement SGX. Using "sgx/"
as opposed to "x86/" was also considered. But, there is a real chance
this can get used for other arch-specific purposes.

The /sys/class/dax compatibility option has shipped in the kernel for 4
years now which should be sufficient time for tools to abandon the old
ABI in favor of the /sys/bus/dax device-model. Delete it now and see if
anyone screams.
Since this compatibility option shipped there has been more reports of
users being surprised by the compat ABI than surprised by the "new", so
the compat infrastructure has outlived its usefulness. Recall that
/sys/bus/dax device-model is required for the dax kmem driver which
allows PMEM to be used as "System RAM".
The following projects were known to have a dependency on /sys/class/dax
and have dropped their dependency as of the listed version:
- ndctl (including libndctl, daxctl, and libdaxctl): v64+
- fio: v3.13+
- pmdk: v1.5.2+
As further evidence this option is no longer needed some distributions
have already stopped enabling CONFIG_DEV_DAX_PMEM_COMPAT.

Added two options into "mode=" mount option to make it possible for
developers to simulate filesystem fragmentation/after-GC situation
itself. The developers use these modes to understand filesystem
fragmentation/after-GC condition well, and eventually get some
insights to handle them better.
"fragment:segment": f2fs allocates a new segment in ramdom position.
With this, we can simulate the after-GC condition.
"fragment:block" : We can scatter block allocation with
"max_fragment_chunk" and "max_fragment_hole" sysfs
nodes. f2fs will allocate 1..<max_fragment_chunk>
blocks in a chunk and make a hole in the length of
1..<max_fragment_hole> by turns in a newly allocated
free segment. Plus, this mode implicitly enables
"fragment:segment" option for more randomness.

Add documentation for the new attributes:
- "bios_active_image"; "bios_auth_fail"; "bios_upgrade_fail";
"bios_safe_mode" to represent various BIOS statuses.
- "lc{n}_enable" - for put/release the line card to/from enable state.
- "lc{n}_pwr" - for power on/off the line card.
- "lc{n}_rst_mask" - for line card reset state enforced by ASIC, when
it sets it due to some abnormal ASIC behavior.
- "psu3_on"; "psu4_on" - for connection/disconnection power supply unit
to/from the power source.
- "pm_mgmt_en" - for setting power management control ownership. When
power management control is provided by hardware, it means that
hardware will automatically power off one or more line cards in case
system power budget is under power required for feeding all powered
on line cards. It could be a case, when some of power units lost
power good state.
- "shutdown_unlock" - for unlocking system after hardware or firmware
thermal shutdown, which causes locking of the all interfaces to ASIC.

- Add a new uAPI (under the memory ioctl) to request from the driver
to export a DMA-BUF object that represents a memory region on
the device's DRAM. This is needed to enable peer-to-peer over PCIe
between habana device and an RDMA adapter (e.g. mlnx5 or efa
rdma adapter).
- Add debugfs node to dynamically configure CS timeout. Up until now,
it was only configurable through kernel module parameter.
- Fetch more comprehensive power information from the firmware.
- Always take timestamp when waiting for user interrupt, as the user
needs that information to optimize the graph runtime compilation.
- Modify user interrupt to look on 64-bit user value as fence, instead
of 32-bit.
- Bypass reset in case of repeated h/w error event after device reset.
This is to prevent endless loop of resets to the device.
- Fix several bugs in multi CS completion code.
- Fix race condition in fd close/open.
- Update to latest firmware headers
- Add select CRC32 in kconfig
- Small fixes, cosmetics

Document /sys/bus/pci/devices/.../irq.
This file contains the IRQ of the INTx interrupt (or zero if the device
doesn't support INTx interrupts).
If the device has enabled MSI (not MSI-X), it contains the first MSI IRQ
instead. This is a historical mistake because devices may support several
MSI or MSI-X vectors, and this file can't contain them all. But we
preserve this behavior to avoid breaking userspace.

Command submission timeout is currently determined during driver
loading time. As some environments requires this timeout to be
modified in runtime, we introduce a new debugfs node that controls
the timeout value without the need to reload the driver.

The events_queue_size sysfs attribute provides a way for users to
dynamically configure the Counter events queue size for the Counter
character device interface. The size is in number of struct
counter_event data structures. The number of elements will be rounded-up
to a power of 2 due to a requirement of the kfifo_alloc function called
during reallocation of the queue.

The Generic Counter chrdev interface expects users to supply component
IDs in order to select extensions for requests. In order for users to
know what component ID belongs to which extension this information must
be exposed. The *_component_id attribute provides a way for users to
discover what component ID belongs to which respective extension.
