Use <driver>-$(CONFIG_FOO) syntax to build multipart objects with
optional parts, since all the config options are bool. Also, delete the
obvious comments in the usbhid Makefile.

Changed Makefile to use <modules>-y instead of <modules>-objs because -objs is

hid-ff.c now calls only pidff (generic driver), the special ones are now
in separate drivers. Invoke pidff on all non-special directly.

Move the USB_VENDOR* and USB_DEVICE* defines and the hid_blacklist[]
array there from hid-core.c. Add
hid-quirks.c:usbhid_lookup_any_quirks() to return quirk information to
hid-core.c. Convert __u32, __u16 types to u32, u16.
