Shahed Shaikh ddfbac07c0 qlcnic: Optimize MAC learning code
* Use rx_mac_learn instead of mac_learn and eSwitch flag check in Rx path of
  82xx adapter.
* Check for MAC filter overrun only after driver scans through cached MAC address list.
This will help to update the time stamp of cached MAC addresses even if
adapter runs out of MAC address filter limit.
* Remove expensive log thrown by driver when MAC address filters are exhausted

Shahed Shaikh 2b3d7b758c qlcnic: Add VXLAN Rx offload support
This patch adds Rx checksum offload support for VXLAN.
Implements .ndo_{add|del}_vxlan_port netdev ops.

very first UDP port which VXLAN driver is listening to.

Michal Schmidt df95fc44c0 qlcnic: use standard NAPI weights
Since commit 82dc3c63 ("net: introduce NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT")
netif_napi_add() produces an error message if a NAPI poll weight
greater than 64 is requested.

qlcnic requests the weight as large as 256 for some of its rings, and
smaller values for other rings. For instance in qlcnic_82xx_napi_add()
I think the intention was to give the tx+rx ring a bigger weight than
to rx-only rings, but it's actually doing the opposite. So I'm assuming
the weights do not really matter much.

Just use the standard NAPI weights for all rings.

The e{uid, gid} --> {uid, gid} credentials fix conflicted with the

The be2net driver had a bug fix in 'net' that overlapped with the VLAN
interface changes by Patrick McHardy in net-next.

An IGB conflict existed because in 'net' the build_skb() support was
reverted, and in 'net-next' there was a comment style fix within that
code.

Several batman-adv conflicts were resolved by making sure that all
calls to batadv_is_my_mac() are changed to have a new bat_priv first
argument.

Eric Dumazet's TS ECR fix in TCP in 'net' conflicted with the F-RTO
rewrite in 'net-next', mostly overlapping changes.

Sasha Levin b67bfe0d42 hlist: drop the node parameter from iterators
I'm not sure why, but the hlist for each entry iterators were conceived

        list_for_each_entry(pos, head, member)

The hlist ones were greedy and wanted an extra parameter:

        hlist_for_each_entry(tpos, pos, head, member)

Why did they need an extra pos parameter? I'm not quite sure. Not only
they don't really need it, it also prevents the iterator from looking
exactly like the list iterator, which is unfortunate.

Besides the semantic patch, there was some manual work required:

 - Fix up the actual hlist iterators in linux/list.h
 - Fix up the declaration of other iterators based on the hlist ones.
 - A very small amount of places were using the 'node' parameter, this
was modified to use 'obj->member' instead.
 - Coccinelle didn't handle the hlist_for_each_entry_safe iterator
properly, so those had to be fixed up manually.

The semantic patch which is mostly the work of Peter Senna Tschudin is here:

Shahed Shaikh 99e8587900 qlcnic: fix estimation of receive MSS in case of LRO for 83xx adapter
Set gso_size to MSS obtained from adapter to avoid incorrect estimation
of receive MSS, which would lead to delayed ACKs in some traffic patterns

Example:
Send two or three packets and wait for ack and only then send
remaining packets.

David S. Miller 9f6d98c298 Merge git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net
Conflicts:
	drivers/net/ethernet/broadcom/bnx2x/bnx2x_cmn.c

The bnx2x gso_type setting bug fix in 'net' conflicted with
changes in 'net-next' that broke the gso_* setting logic
out into a seperate function, which also fixes the bug in
question. Thus, use the 'net-next' version.
