The cavium crypto driver adds 'sizeof(struct ablkcipher_request)' to its
request size because "the cryptd daemon uses this memory for request_ctx
information". This is incorrect and unnecessary; cryptd doesn't require
wrapped algorithms to reserve extra request space. So remove this.
Also remove the unneeded memset() of the tfm context to 0.
It's already zeroed on allocation.

The structure algs is local to the source and does not need to be in
global scope, so make it static.
Cleans up sparse warning:
drivers/crypto/cavium/cpt/cptvf_algs.c:354:19: warning: symbol 'algs'
was not declared. Should it be static?

cvm_enc_dec_init does not need to be in global scope, so make
them static.

Add more algorithm support for the driver.
Add support for ecb(aes), cfb(aes) and ecb(des3_ede).

Remove the individual encrypt/decrypt function for easch algorithm.
This is in prepration of adding more crypto algorithms supported by
hardware. While at that simplify create_ctx_hdr/create_input_list
function interfaces.
