Michał Mirosław	7903264402	net: Fix too optimistic NETIF_F_HW_CSUM features ... NETIF_F_HW_CSUM is a superset of NETIF_F_IP_CSUM+NETIF_F_IPV6_CSUM, but some drivers miss the difference. Fix this and also fix UFO dependency on checksumming offload as it makes the same mistake in assumptions. Dan Carpenter	89980827c7	pch_gbe: fix if condition in set_settings() ... There were no curly braces in this if condition so it always enabled full duplex. And ecmd->speed is an unsigned short so it is never equal to -1. The effect is that mii_ethtool_sset() fails with -EINVAL and an error is printed to dmesg.
