Another one for the cipher museum: split off DES core processing into
a separate module so other drivers (mostly for crypto accelerators)
can reuse the code without pulling in the generic DES cipher itself.
This will also permit the cipher interface to be made private to the
crypto API itself once we move the only user in the kernel (CIFS) to
this library interface.

CRYPTO_TFM_REQ_WEAK_KEY confuses newcomers to the crypto API because it
sounds like it is requesting a weak key. Actually, it is requesting
that weak keys be forbidden (for algorithms that have the notion of
"weak keys"; currently only DES and XTS do).
Also it is only one letter away from CRYPTO_TFM_RES_WEAK_KEY, with which
it can be easily confused. (This in fact happened in the UX500 driver,
though just in some debugging messages.)
Therefore, make the intent clear by renaming it to
CRYPTO_TFM_REQ_FORBID_WEAK_KEYS.

There is a lot here, much more than normal, seems like everyone is
writing new driver subsystems these days... Anyway, major things here
are:
- new FSI driver subsystem, yet-another-powerpc low-level
hardware bus
- gnss, finally an in-kernel GPS subsystem to try to tame all of
the crazy out-of-tree drivers that have been floating around
for years, combined with some really hacky userspace
implementations. This is only for GNSS receivers, but you
have to start somewhere, and this is great to see.
Other than that, there are new slimbus drivers, new coresight drivers,
new fpga drivers, and loads of DT bindings for all of these and existing
drivers.
Full details of everything is in the shortlog.
All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported

Some ahash algorithms set .cra_type = &crypto_ahash_type. But this is
redundant with the C structure type ('struct ahash_alg'), and
crypto_register_ahash() already sets the .cra_type automatically.

So, remove the useless assignment from all the ahash algorithms.

Crypto framework requires export/import in async hash. If driver do not
implement them, wrapper functions in framework will be used, and it will
cause error during ahash alg registration (unless one disables crypto
internal tests). To make change in framework and expose this requirement,
I will remove wrappers from crypto/ahash.c , but this can broke code which
depends on them. Add empty hash export and import, with the same behaviour
as in framework and expose this directly in driver. This can also prevent

Turning off compiler optimizations has never really been supported
here, and it's only used when debugging the driver. I have not found
a good reason for doing this here, other than a misguided attempt
to produce more readable assembly output. Also, the driver is only
used in obsolete hardware that almost certainly nobody will spend
time debugging any more.

topology: replace custom attribute macros with standard DEVICE_ATTR*
cpumask: factor out show_cpumap into separate helper function
driver core: Fix unbalanced device reference in drivers_probe
driver core: fix race with userland in device_add()
sysfs/kernfs: make read requests on pre-alloc files use the buffer.
sysfs/kernfs: allow attributes to request write buffer be pre-allocated.
fs: sysfs: return EGBIG on write if offset is larger than file size

This prefixes all crypto module loading with "crypto-" so we never run
the risk of exposing module auto-loading to userspace via a crypto API,
as demonstrated by Mathias Krause:

The interrupt handler in the ux500 crypto driver has an obviously
incorrect way to access the data buffer, which for a while has
caused this build warning:
../ux500/cryp/cryp_core.c: In function 'cryp_interrupt_handler':
../ux500/cryp/cryp_core.c:234:5: warning: passing argument 1 of '__fswab32' makes integer from pointer without a cast [enabled by default]

There are at least two, possibly three problems here:
a) when writing into the FIFO, we copy the pointer rather than the
actual data we want to give to the hardware
b) the data pointer is an array of 8-bit values, while the FIFO
is 32-bit wide, so both the read and write access fail to do
a proper type conversion
c) This seems incorrect for big-endian kernels, on which we need to
byte-swap any register access, but not normally FIFO accesses,
at least the DMA case doesn't do it either.
This converts the bogus loop to use the same readsl/writesl pair
that we use for the two other modes (DMA and polling). This is
more efficient and consistent, and probably correct for endianess.
The bug has existed since the driver was first merged, and was
probably never detected because nobody tried to use interrupt mode.
It might make sense to backport this fix to stable kernels, depending
on how the crypto maintainers feel about that.

Logging messages without newlines are possibly interleaved
with other messages. Add terminating newlines to avoid
this.
Other miscellaneous changes:
Make arrays const to reduce data size
Add pr_fmt to prefix pr_<level>, remove now unused DEV_DBG_NAME
Coalesce formats, align arguments
Remove unnecessary OOM messages as dump_stack is already done
Remove unnecessary cast of void *
Change kzalloc(sizeof(struct)...) to kzalloc(sizeof(*var), ...)
Reduce indents in struct definitions

These changes are all driver specific and cross over between arm-soc
contents and some other subsystem, in these cases cpufreq, crypto,
dma, pinctrl, mailbox and usb, and the subsystem owners agreed to
have these changes merged through arm-soc. As we proceed to untangle
the dependencies between platform code and driver code, the amount of
changes in this category is fortunately shrinking, for 3.11 we have
16 branches here and 101 non-merge changesets, the majority of which
are for the stedma40 dma engine driver used in the ux500 platform.
Cleaning up that code touches multiple subsystems, but gets rid
of the dependency in the end.
The mailbox code moved out from mach-omap2 to drivers/mailbox
is an intermediate step and is still omap specific at the moment.
Patches exist to generalize the subsystem and add other drivers
with the same API, but those did not make it for 3.11.
Conflicts:
* In cpu-db8500.c results from the removal of the u8500_of_init_devices
function in combination with the split of u8500_auxdata_lookup.
* In arch/arm/mach-omap2/devices.c, the includes got reshuffled.
we need to keep linux/wl12xx.h and linux/platform_data/mailbox-omap.h.
