Bluetooth: btusb: fix QCA Rome suspend/resume

Patch will detect a status change on resume and perform a reset. Signed-off-by: Leif Liddy <leif.linux@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Marcel Holtmann <marcel@holtmann.org>
