pcmcia: deprecate CS_IN_USE
If a resource is already in use, mark it with -EBUSY. Same for cards already asleep. (includes a fix for a bug found by Larry Finger -- thanks!) Signed-off-by: Dominik Brodowski <linux@dominikbrodowski.net>
