Revert "LoongArch: Provisionally add ACPICA data structures"

This reverts commit af6a1cfa68 ("LoongArch: Provisionally add
ACPICA data structures") to fix build error for linux-next on LoongArch,
since acpica is merged to linux-pm.git now.
