serial: 8250_lpss: register DMA IRQ and pool with instance ID
It is really useful not only for debugging to have an DMA IRQ line and pool being mapped to the corresponding IP by using its instance ID. Provide PCI device and function as instance ID for Intel Quark UART DMA.
