media: uvcvideo: Add D3DFMT_L8 support

Microsoft HoloLense UVC sensor uses D3DFMT instead of FOURCC when
exposing formats. This adds support for D3DFMT_L8 as exposed from
the Acer Windows Mixed Reality Headset.
