rxrpc: Rearrange net/rxrpc/sendmsg.c
Rearrange net/rxrpc/sendmsg.c to be in a more logical order. This makes it easier to follow and eliminates forward declarations. Signed-off-by: David Howells <dhowells@redhat.com>
