Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for _S_SERVICEFLOW_ENTRY and call directly.
This patch removes typedef for _S_SERVICEFLOW_ENTRY, and changes the name of the struct to bcm_phs_entry. In addition, any calls to struct "_S_SERVICEFLOW_ENTRY" are changed to call directly.
