PCI: Remove unused IORESOURCE_ROM_COPY and IORESOURCE_ROM_BIOS_COPY
The IORESOURCE_ROM_COPY and IORESOURCE_ROM_BIOS_COPY bits are unused. Remove them and code that depends on them. Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
