memblock: use kfree() to release kmalloced memblock regions
memblock.{reserved,memory}.regions may be allocated using kmalloc() in
memblock_double_array(). Use kfree() to release these kmalloced regions
indicated by memblock_{reserved,memory}_in_slab.
