RDMA/rtrs: fix uninitialized symbol 'cnt'
rtrs_clt_rdma_cq_direct returns an ninitialized value in cnt
if there is no session. This patch makes rtrs_clt_rdma_cq_direct
returns a negative value for block layer not to try again.
