selftests/vm: add hugetlb madvise MADV_DONTNEED MADV_REMOVE test
Now that MADV_DONTNEED support for hugetlb is enabled, add corresponding tests. MADV_REMOVE has been enabled for some time, but no tests exist so add them as well.
