iommu/vt-d: Use bitmap_zalloc() when applicable

'iommu->domain_ids' is a bitmap. So use 'bitmap_zalloc()' to simplify code
and improve the semantic.

Also change the corresponding 'kfree()' into 'bitmap_free()' to keep
consistency.
