ath10k: prefer unsigned int over just unsigned 

Fixes new checkpatch warnings:

drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath10k/htt.h:1639: Prefer 'unsigned int' to bare use of 'unsigned'
drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath10k/htt.h:1660: Prefer 'unsigned int' to bare use of 'unsigned'
