ASoC: Intel: add SNDRV_PCM_INFO_DRAIN_TRIGGER flag 

Add SNDRV_PCM_INFO_DRAIN_TRIGGER in snd_pcm_hardware.info to
call sst_hsw_stream_set_silence_start() when PCM draining.
