selftests/seccomp: Avoid using "sysctl" for report
Instead of depending on "sysctl" being installed, just use "grep -H" for sysctl status reporting. Additionally report kernel version for easier comparisons. Signed-off-by: Kees Cook <keescook@chromium.org>
