s3c-fb: fix section mismatch

This patch fixes the following section mismatch errors:

The variable s3c_fb_driver_ids references
the (unknown reference) __devinitdata (unknown)
If the reference is valid then annotate the
variable with __init* or __refdata (see linux/init.h) or name the variable:
*driver, *_template, *_timer, *_sht, *_ops, *_probe, *_probe_one, *_console,
