drivers/dma/: Use the ccflag-y instead of EXTRA_CFLAGS
Use the ccflag-y flag instead of EXTRA_CFLAGS because EXTRA_CFLAGS is deprecated and should now be switched. According to (documentation/kbuild/makefiles.txt).
