sched/debug: Add sum_sleep_runtime to /proc/<pid>/sched
When CONFIG_SCHEDSTATS is enabled, /proc/<pid>/sched prints almost all sched statistics except sum_sleep_runtime. Since sum_sleep_runtime is a good info to collect, add this it to /proc/<pid>/sched.
