drm/malidp: Set GEM CMA functions with DRM_GEM_CMA_DRIVER_OPS_WITH_DUMB_CREATE 

DRM_GEM_CMA_DRIVER_OPS_WITH_DUMB_CREATE sets the functions in
struct drm_driver to their defaults. No functional changes are
made.
