ARM: shmobile: Enable NXP pcf85363 rtc in shmobile_defconfig 

The iWave RZ/G1C SBC supports RTC (NXP pcf85263). To increase hardware
support enable the driver in the shmobile_defconfig multiplatform
configuration.
