checkpatch: exclude sizeof sub-expressions from MACRO_ARG_REUSE
The arguments of sizeof are not evaluated so arguments are safe to re-use in that context. Excluding sizeof subexpressions means macros like ARRAY_SIZE can pass checkpatch.
