arm64: dts: ti: j784s4: Add VTM node

VTM stands for Voltage Thermal Management. Add the thermal zones.
Seven sensors mapping to seven thermal zones. Main0, Main1, Main2, Main3,
Main4, WKUP1 & WKUP2 domains respectively.
