selftests: KVM: aarch64: Introduce hypercall ABI test
Introduce a KVM selftest to check the hypercall interface for arm64 platforms. The test validates the user-space' [GET|SET]_ONE_REG interface to read/write the psuedo-firmware registers as well as its effects on the guest upon certain configurations.
