[NETNS]: Memory leak on network namespace stop.
Network namespace allocates 2 kernel netlink sockets, fibnl & rtnl. These sockets should be disposed properly, i.e. by sock_release. Plain sock_put is not enough. Signed-off-by: Denis V.
