pegasus: add blacklist support to fix Belkin bluetooth dongle.
Reference: https://launchpad.net/bugs/140511 The Belkin bluetooth dongle unfortunately shares the vendor and device id with the network adapter which causes lockups whenever the bluetooth dongle is inserted.
