Documentation/gpio.txt mentions GENERIC_GPIO 

Documentation/gpio.txt should mention the Kconfig GENERIC_GPIO flag, for
platforms to declare when relevant.  This should help minimize goofs like
omitting it, or not depending on it when needed.
