ACPI / osl: replace custom implementation of readq / writeq

The readq() and writeq() helpers are available in the
asm-generic/io-64-nonatomic-hi-lo.h and asm-generic/io-64-nonatomic-lo-hi.h
headers. Replace custom implementation by the generic helpers.
