powerpc/mm: remove a couple of #ifdef CONFIG_PPC_64K_PAGES in mm/slice.c

This patch replaces a couple of #ifdef CONFIG_PPC_64K_PAGES
by IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_PPC_64K_PAGES) to improve code maintainability.
