[media] cx23885: Hauppauge WinTV-HVR5525 

Add board profile for Hauppauge WinTV-HVR5525.

Device is build upon following main components:
Conexant CX23888
Montage M88RS6000
Allegro A8293
Silicon Labs Si2168-B40
Silicon Labs Si2157-A30
