usb: otg: Make USB3319 ULPI ID generic
On a system with a USB3317 ULPI transceiver the following message is shown on kernel boot: ULPI transceiver vendor/product ID 0x0424/0x0006 Found SMSC USB3319 ULPI transceiver. ULPI integrity check: passed. The reason is that USB3317 has the same vendor/product ID as USB3319. Make the ULPI ID generic for the USB331x transceivers.
