net: bcmgenet: fix mask check in bcmgenet_validate_flow() 

VALIDATE_MASK(eth_mask->h_source) is checked twice in a row in
bcmgenet_validate_flow(). Add VALIDATE_MASK(eth_mask->h_dest)
instead.
