x86, asm: change the GEN_*_RMWcc() macros to not quote the condition
Change the lexical defintion of the GEN_*_RMWcc() macros to not take the condition code as a quoted string. This will help support changing them to use the new __GCC_ASM_FLAG_OUTPUTS__ feature in a subsequent patch. Signed-off-by: H.
