scsi: add Intel Multi-Flex to scsi scan blacklist
Intel Multi-Flex LUNs choke on REPORT SUPPORTED OPERATION CODES
resulting in sd_mod hanging for several minutes on startup.
The issue was introduced with WRITE SAME discovery heuristics.
