tools/nolibc/stdio: make printf(%s) accept NULL

In this case it prints "(null)" like glibc's printf(). Signed-off-by: Willy Tarreau <w@1wt.eu> Signed-off-by: Paul E. McKenney <paulmck@kernel.org>
