[POWERPC] lite5200(b) DTS fixes 

Three trivial DTS fixes:
 -Mark Lite5200(b) boards as "mpc5200" compatible. On efika the
  firmware already does that.
 -Fix mscan interrupt.
 -Fix wakeup GPIO address.
