rbd: remove experimental designation from kernel layering

Moreover, most of that code was rewritten with the addition of support for fancy striping. Signed-off-by: Ilya Dryomov <idryomov@gmail.com> Reviewed-by: Jason Dillaman <dillaman@redhat.com>
